The date on which an order is placed is not necessarily the date on which the shipment is dispatched.

After dispatch, delivery time depends on the destination, courier partner, serviceable location, weather conditions, holidays, transportation conditions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The estimated delivery date displayed at the time of order or provided by the courier is an estimated/expected delivery date and not an absolute guarantee, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Delivery timelines may vary between locations, including deliveries from Mumbai to other states or cities.

Once an order has been properly packed and handed over to the designated courier partner, transit and last-mile delivery are performed by the courier service.
